Day 1 and the breakfast green smoothie was horrible had to hold my breath to drink what I could of it! How about protein powder with coconut milk instead of the greek yogurt — that ruined it for me. It is exactly what I needed and having the shopping list was great. It made me see that I needed to cut portions, eat better, and skip or significantly moderate sweets and alcohol. I know is early and my baseline weight was right after the Super Bowl, when I was way off diet, but after first 3 days I was down 4.
